Project Background
This project was completed for CareerBuilder in the spring of 2017. The purpose of this project was to create a guide that Applicant Tracking administrators can follow during implementation to test administrative functions and also continue to use as a quick reference after their Applicant Tracking system goes live.

Project Role
For this project I referenced technical software documentation, copy written by an instructional designer, as well as existing guides for parts 1 and 2 of the testing process to create a brand new guide for system adminstrators.
Work Process
My process to create the adminstrator guide was as follows:
- Reworded technical content into more user friendly copy
- Created a Word document that consolidated copy from the instructional designer with new copy I created
- Used Snagit to capture software screenshots
- Referenced layout and design of existing guides and used master page templates to create new guide layout in InDesign
- Copied/pasted text from Word and imported screenshots into InDesign layout
- Published as PDF and submitted for review
- Revised and re-submitted according to feedback
- Uploaded approved PDF to Brainshark and project files to Microsoft OneDrive
